Jenny LEGIT saved my life via lash extensions last Sunday. After a hellish week and arriving to Austin from overseas and without my baggage (thus I had literally nothing) - I was distraught about a bad lash job I had the day before and not having any clothes or makeup and really needed to get lashes for some important things I had going on. Not only did she help me out super last minute, but she did my lashes even though she had family in town when she wasn't planning to work. The whole experience really spoke volumes about her care for people (I wasn't even a customer that she knew) and the service that she provides. On top of that, it was a joy to talk to her, and indeed felt like therapy :) AND my lashes look amazing still a week later. Jenny is the best!!

This is hands down the best experience I have had with my lash extensions. Jenny is a high level professional that met and exceeded my expectations as a first time client. In all of my other lash experiences throughout two years I was told that my natural lashes were the reason I was not able to achieve the FULL and dramatic CAT EYE look I've always wanted with extensions. Y'all, LOOK AT THEM. LOOK HOW FREAKIN' BEAUTiFUL THEY ARE. I was drawn to her portfolio on yelp but this was absolutely amazing. With her professional help, I am now able to eliminate a lot of the make up I was hiding under. My skin and face can now breathe and I can focus on the health of my beauty instead of just covering it up with products. Guys I am so happy. I feel so much more put together, I feel satisfied as a client and excited that I found such an amazing person to work on me. Waking up after getting my first lash perm and tint last night with Jenny, and can't stop looking at my lashes! I feel like a new woman!
Jenny is amazing not only at what she does, but with her customer service too. I arrived at 6:30 for my appt but there must have been a little mix up with a cancellation and my appt. She came out to talk to me and explained it might be an extra 20 mins. I really wanted a perm before my vacation and had read so many amazing reviews about Jenny I didn't want to go anywhere else.
After my wait, I went in and Jenny immediately off the bat apologized and offered me a free tint for waiting. Something she totally and completely did not have to do but she genuinely values her customers and I appreciate that. The process for the perm/tint was easy and she explained everything! When I looked at my lashes after, I couldn't believe how different I looked!
Can't wait to come back again and see Jenny! If you are looking for someone to take care of your lashes, look no further!!!

Jenny is amazingly talented; her lash extensions are gorgeous!
I appreciate Jenny's versatility and that she is such a perfectionist - she will give you exactly the look you desire, from long, thick, and dramatic to a shorter natural, matte - or anything in between. Jenny has been doing my lashes regularly since May 2014 and I love, love, love them (I am so completely addicted!) Now I always feel glamorous, even without makeup. Generally I go with relatively short, matte black lashes that have a soft, natural appearance, unless I have a special event then I go a bit longer with the outer ones and have her fill them all in. She also does a beautiful job shaping my brows.
Jenny is very sweet, has a gentle touch, and she does not have a need to fill the hour with idle chatter, so it's easy to just relax and drift off if you prefer.

The owner and technician knows her stuff. I've tried the lash tint, brow tint and lash perm. I felt a little weird with how different I looked afterwards. It was probably an objectively better look for me though. I didn't have to wear mascara for like, a week. It was awesome.
The next time I went, I just did the lash perm. It lasted a long time and I loved it at first, but I started sleeping on my stomach and did something to my lashes that made them behave terribly with mascara on one eye. It went away once they grew out. I was overseas, otherwise I would have gotten in touch with the business for help if I was in town.
The owner is super nice and professional which, for me, is a necessity for a cosmetic eye procedure. She is an expert at what she does, which made me comfortable under her care and happy to return here when I need this service again. On top of doing a great job, this place is also pretty affordable option for folks like me who can't use eyelash curlers for whatever reason. I'd love to try the full on falsies someday (someday, when I sleep on my back like a normal person).

Jenny is hands down the best lash technician in Austin. I have had my lashes done elsewhere and she by far exceeded anything I have had done previously. My lashes always look amazing and full and I receive soooo many compliments. She is very knowledgeable about what will work best for each person and what your lashes in particular can handle and what will hold. My lashes stay so well, I still have quite a few on even if I don't get in for a fill for a month. She's amazing and you will not be disappointed!!!

I have been going to Jenny for lash extensions for the past few years and she is amazing! I've had so many people ask if my lashes are real because the way she applies them look so natural. One time, an esthetician even approached me in an airport security line to tell me that she's never seen lashes applied so well before. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my lash extensions!
